Bison were close to the road but this grouping in front of the tree and Rocky Mountains in the background caught my eye. On a clear day you can see Denver in the background before the mountains. It?s not very often when I end up with a good landscape picture worth sharing.

I've often noticed this building and thought about trying to photograph it. I was passing by the other night and decided to pull in. I realized there wasn't a good place to shoot it from in the crowded parking lot. But then I noticed a completely empty parking lot across the street, head over there, set up and shot. Back home, this required a lot of work including the removal of multiple ugly lights and light posts, a stop sign and a few other thing. I may take another shot at it someday, but I

A reptile breeder asked me to help showcase his critters including this emerald tree boa. These serpents have the longest teeth of any any nonvenomous snakes in the world. They look like fangs but in snakes, if they do not deliver venom they are considered teeth. Cool knowledge I learned on the day of this shoot.Nikon D350060mm Nikkor lens

Dearing the eclipse of 2017 my family and I sat in our backyard here in WA to watch the 93 totality with our eclipse glasses. With my homemade solar filter attached to my camera, I took a series of photos of the sun during the eclipse. After processing my sun photos, I was disappointed to see that the moon only showed up as a black hole and not its proper form. I am an avid shooter of Astro photography and have several photos of the moon taken from my backyard and multiple other locations. I
